My item hasn't arrived and the estimated  delivery time has passed, what should I do?

 

Please contact us via the page contact form or via the messenger pop up, and we will try to track the order for you. Please include your name and order ID in the message, and any other relevant info. If we are unable to track the order we will offer to resend your item, or alternatively we will arrange a refund.

 

 

My item has been received faulty or damaged

 

Please contact us via the page contact form or via the messenger pop up, and if at all possible, include a photo and description of the damage. You will be refunded for any faulty items and we will utilise the photo for improving our future services.

I've ordered the wrong item, can I exchange it?


If course! Please contact us via the page contact form or via the messenger pop up,  and we can provide you the details on how to return your item. You must return the item to us in its original packaging and in its original condition.

However we do not offer exchanges or refunds on personalised items as they cannot be resold

 

I no longer want the item, can I return it for a refund?


Yes, Please contact us via the page contact form or via the messenger pop up, and we can provide you details on how to return your item. You must return the item to us in its original packaging and condition within 14 days of purchase. Once the item has been returned and received we will process your refund. 

 

I've received my order but some items are missing?


Occasionally items may be separately shipped due to different production times and locations.

If you've only received part of your order, hold tight, as it is likely that the rest of your order is on its way. If 10 days have passed from the receipt of your first order, and the rest of your order still has not arrived, then please contact us via the page contact form or via the messenger pop up, and we will work quickly to resolve this issue
